In most cases, the success or failure of a CRM strategy hinges on enterprise wide integration CRM and Operations systems. As part of our PEO verticalization, we designed seamless integration between Microsoft CRM and systems that support the day-to-day operations of a PEO. In particular, we addressed Payroll and Corlation (a PEO Workers Compensation activation and maintenance processing sub-system).

In the future, we will offer generic middleware and data conversion applications built on the .net framework and based on Microsoft’s metadata definitions.
